If you do not contact us in time, we will consider the product as successfully downloaded without eligibility for a return due to “non-receipt.”

Major Defects: Although all products are carefully tested before dispatch, unforeseen issues may arise. If we fail to resolve a problem within 48 hours after the initial claim or customer notification, the customer will be fully refunded or offered a replacement of equal value, at the customer’s discretion.

Product Not as Described: Such issues must be reported to our technical support team within 30 days of the purchase date. Written proof must be provided that the purchased product does not match the description on the website. Complaints based solely on unrealistic customer expectations will not be accepted.
